- Price range is 35,000 – 60,000 yen for 4-8 hours. Depending on your group size.
- Travellers are responsible for paying for car and driver on the day.

Extended hours
- When availability allows, travellers may extend the tour time on the spot, on the day, based on the table above.
- Alternatively, a 30-minute extension would be 3,000 yen.

Children age 6 or younger
Up to 2 children age 6 or younger free of charge. e.g. standard guiding fee is applied for a group of 4 adults with two 5-year old kids free. Children in strollers will not be counted when calculating fees.
Private Groups Only
All tours are private. Please note that travellers cannot join in other parties’ tours.

Travellers are responsible for the following expenses:

Traveller’s transportation costs and entry fees to gardens, temples etc… (where applicable)

Lunch for guide and travellers (6 hours or longer)

Activities fees (e.g. rental bikes, tea ceremony) for both guide and travellers.

Starting / finishing outside Kyoto City
- When a tour is commenced or concluded outside Kyoto such as Osaka, Nara or Kobe, an additional charge may be charged.
- Starting or finishing in Umeda area (near JR Osaka Station), Osaka : 5,000 yen
- Starting or finishing in Namba area (including Dotonbori), Osaka : 6,000 yen
- Starting and finishing in Osaka : 10,000 yen
Intercity train fares during tours
- Travellers are responsible for the guide’s intercity train fares during tours.
- e.g. Train fares between Kyoto and Nara that are required during the tour.
